개인정보 처리방침

이룸넷은 홈페이지를 통한 문의를 접수하고 답변하기 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 처리 목적과 수집 항목
프로젝트 문의, 사업 제휴, 해외 협업, 채용 제안 및 기타 문의의 접수·답변과 필요한 후속 연락을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다. 필수 항목은 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 유형, 문의 내용이며 회사명과 전화번호는 선택 항목입니다. 문의 내용에 민감정보나 다른 사람의 개인정보를 적지 않도록 안내합니다.
2. 처리 근거와 보유기간
문의자가 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의한 경우 해당 목적 범위에서 처리합니다. 문의 정보는 문의가 종결된 날부터 1년간 보유한 후 파기합니다. 법령에 따른 별도 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 항목과 기간을 별도로 안내합니다. 메일의 받은편지함·보낸편지함·백업에도 이 기간에 맞는 삭제 절차를 적용합니다.
3. 제3자 제공
문의 정보를 문의 답변 목적 외의 제3자에게 제공하지 않는 방식으로 운영합니다. 제공이 필요한 상황이 생기면 적용 법령에 따른 별도의 근거와 고지·동의 절차를 확인합니다.
4. 처리업무 위탁과 국외 이전
홈페이지는 이룸넷이 직접 호스팅합니다. 문의 폼으로 접수된 내용은 이룸넷의 Google Workspace 메일함으로 전송되며, support@irumnet.com으로 보내주신 메일은 Google Groups를 거쳐 같은 메일함으로 전달됩니다. 수신·보관에 Google Workspace(Gmail, Google Groups)를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 아래와 같이 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

5. 파기 방법과 안전성 확보
보유기간이 끝난 전자 기록은 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제합니다. 이룸넷은 업무에 필요한 인원으로 접근 권한을 제한하고, 전송 구간 암호화와 계정 보호 등 개인정보 보호 조치를 적용합니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리와 연락처
정보주체는 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 등의 요구를 support@irumnet.com으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이룸넷은 관련 법령에 따라 요청을 확인하고 처리합니다. 개인정보 관련 담당자는 김배완 대표이며 연락 이메일은 support@irumnet.com입니다. 전화번호는 홈페이지에 공개하지 않습니다.
7. 쿠키와 처리방침 변경
이 홈페이지는 방문자 분석 도구와 추적 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 웹 서버는 보안 점검과 오류 대응을 위해 접속기록을 남깁니다. 기록 항목은 접속 일시, 접속자 IP 주소, 요청 URL과 쿼리, 요청 방식, 응답 상태 코드, 처리 시간, 브라우저 정보(User-Agent), 연결 경로(Referer), 서버 IP 주소와 포트입니다. 접속기록은 이룸넷이 직접 운영하는 서버에 보관하며, 90일이 지나면 삭제합니다. 처리방침 변경 내용과 적용일은 홈페이지에서 알립니다.
Privacy Policy

IRUMNET processes personal information submitted through its website so that it can receive and respond to inquiries.
1. Purpose and Information Collected
We process inquiries about projects, business partnerships, cross-border opportunities, careers and other matters, and contact the sender when needed to respond. Required fields are name, email address, inquiry type and message. Company name and phone number are optional. Please do not include sensitive information or another person's personal information in your message.
2. Legal Basis and Retention
We process inquiry information within the scope of the sender's consent to collection and use. We retain inquiry information for one year after the inquiry is closed and then delete it, unless a legal retention duty applies. Deletion practices for received mail, sent mail and backups follow this period.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The site operates without disclosing inquiry information to unrelated third parties for other purposes. If a disclosure becomes necessary, we will first determine the applicable legal basis and provide any required notice or obtain consent.
4. Service Providers and International Transfers
IRUMNET hosts the website itself. Inquiries submitted through the website form are delivered to IRUMNET's Google Workspace mailbox, and messages sent to support@irumnet.com reach the same mailbox through Google Groups. Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Groups) is used for email receipt and storage, and personal information is therefore transferred abroad as follows.

5. Deletion and Security
Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent restoration after the applicable retention period. Access is limited to people who need it for their work, and we apply safeguards including transport encryption and account protection.
6. Your Rights and Contact
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing by emailing support@irumnet.com. IRUMNET will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. Privacy contact: Kim Baewan, Representative, support@irumnet.com. A public telephone number is not provided.
7. Cookies and Updates
This site does not use visitor analytics or tracking cookies. The web server does, however, keep access logs for security monitoring and troubleshooting. The recorded fields are the date and time of access, the client IP address, the requested URL and query string, the request method, the response status code, the time taken, browser information (User-Agent), the referring page, and the server IP address and port. Access logs are held on servers operated by IRUMNET itself and are deleted after 90 days. Changes and their effective dates will be posted on the website.
